Update on the Western Region activities the weekend of June 15-16, 2019: The DDTCA was a featured booth at the British

Columbia Highland Games on June 15, 2019 with Heather VanOene, Mary Wilson and BJ Pumfrey presenting our breed to

the public. This was a fabulous venue that was enjoyed by thousands and it seemed like they all came to our booth. Lots of

interest in the breed, especially from families with children. We also had a new Dandie family (will be getting their first Dan-

die in September) present us with a fabulous Abbottsford linen tea towel to decorate our booth. They met their first Dandie at

our booth at the Pet Expo in February, so it just goes to show what a great job our Meet the Breed efforts are doing!
